Lead with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

Whether you’re a new manager, a senior IC navigating influence, or a design or product leader trying to scale your impact—you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I coach thoughtful professionals who are ready to grow as leaders. My clients are designers, researchers, PMs, engineers, and communication leaders in cross-functional environments. Many are leading teams or want to, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to lead in a way that feels both effective and human.

You bring the goals, challenges, and context. I bring structure, insight, and the coaching space to help you move forward.

How coaching works

Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process. Together, we identify what leadership looks like for you, and where you want to grow. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to explore.

Typical topics include:

  • Transitioning from doing to leading
  • Managing up, sideways, or through ambiguity
  • Finding your leadership style or voice
  • Developing executive presence
  • Navigating burnout or change
  • Growing confidence, clarity, or strategic thinking
  • Managing team conflict or morale
  • Balancing vision and execution

One-on-One Coaching

You’ll get a thought partner, a sounding board, and a structured space for reflection and growth.

  • Coaching Packages: 3-month and 6-month engagements
  • Sessions: Twice per month, 60 minutes
  • Includes: Goal setting, email check-ins, and optional leadership assessments

Peer Circles & Custom Programs

I also offer small group coaching and customized leadership support for organizations. These are great for:

  • New manager cohorts
  • Cross-functional team leadership circles
  • Communities of practice
