How coaching works
Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process. Together, we identify what leadership looks like for you, and where you want to grow. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to explore.

One-on-One Coaching
You’ll get a thought partner, a sounding board, and a structured space for reflection and growth.
- Coaching Packages: 3-month and 6-month engagements
- Sessions: Twice per month, 60 minutes
- Includes: Goal setting, email check-ins, and optional leadership assessments
